Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 2-7 Business Days for delivery. Please allow up to 5-7 days to process orders.

All International Rates apply according to country. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping.

 Please ensure all address and shipping information is correct upon checkout, as we are unable to make any changes, modifications or cancellations. All tracking information will be sent to your purchase email. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address or incomplete address. All orders are based on the address given at the time the order is placed. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email Info@naturalhairloves.com within 24 hours to update the address. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out please contact the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages.
